Our cuisine includes the island’s diverse ingredients. Because we adapt our fare to the seasons we cannot create a set menu, rather we allow the colourful locally grown produce inspire us and provide you with menu suggestions. We will, of course, take into account any special requests or individual needs with regards to the preparation of your meals. Cooking for our house guests is our number one priority, and the menu will reflect their desires. Non-resident guests are also welcome to dine with us, with prior reservations. An evening meal comprising of a starter, main course and dessert, excluding drinks, will be priced at around 40 US per person. We also offer you the opportunity to cook together with us and through this experience get to know all the exotic ingredients that create your meal from the other side of the table.
